Take a bike ride in the footsteps of Bohemia's Great Father to the mythical Ríp mountain. The trip is slightly over 30 km long and can be done by a moderately fit cyclist.

Start the trip in Roudnice nad Labem, where you can find the bike in Arnoštova Street in Information and Transport Centre of Podřipsko you can get all the necessary information. From Roudnice, follow the cycling route No. 3102, which will lead you to the foot of Říp to the village of Rovné. Then you will pass through a local alley and a rather steep and demanding climb up the Rip mountain... no shame in rolling it out :D On Říp you can have a refreshment in a local hut, see the routunda or several viewpoints.

From Říp then continue down to Rovný and Krabčice. From there, follow the minor road to Bechlin and then to Horní Počapel, where you'll join the Labská cesta. Along the water then via Hněvice, Račice, Záluží and Dobříň back to Roudnice nad Labem.

In Roudnice you can visit the Hlásek tower or Lobkowicz Castle.
